Brooker Engineering prepared  a Site Plan and Grading Plan for the 23,666SF parcel of land located in a Critical Environmental Area. The project involved removing the existing dwelling and the construction of a new 4,000SF house, swimming pool, patios, and walks.  The company also designed an extensive system of reinforced concrete   retaining walls, a septic system using seepage pits (due to lack of public sewers), and a drywell system for stormwater detention. Brooker also provided construction support and inspection services
